At Alamat Collectibles, we take pride in the quality of our commemorative coins and collectible cards. Each order is carefully inspected and packaged before shipment.

Returns and Refunds

We generally do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind, personal preference, or purchases made in error once an order has been shipped.

However, customers may request a return, replacement, or refund for products that arrive damaged, defective, incorrect, or otherwise fail to meet applicable consumer protection standards.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery.

To help us review your concern, please provide:

  1) Your order number

  2) A description of the issue

  3) Clear photographs of the product and its packaging

  4) An unboxing video, if available

An unboxing video is helpful but is not mandatory for submitting a complaint.

Collectible Coins and Cards

Due to the collectible nature of our products, we encourage customers to handle coins, cards, protective capsules, slabs, and packaging carefully.

Normal variations inherent to the manufacturing process, when accurately disclosed and not constituting defects, are not automatically grounds for a return.

Damage caused by improper handling, misuse, or storage after delivery is generally not eligible for a refund or replacement, except where required by law.

Limited-Edition and Numbered Collectibles

All Alamat Collectibles products are produced in limited quantities, with certain releases individually numbered.

Due to their limited availability, replacements of the same product may not always be possible. If an identical replacement is unavailable, we will discuss an appropriate alternative remedy, including a refund where required by applicable law.

Return Shipping

Where a return is required because of a verified product defect, incorrect item, or other issue for which Alamat Collectibles is responsible, reasonable return shipping arrangements will be provided at no additional cost to the customer, as applicable.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed through an available payment or refund method. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider or financial institution.

Order Cancellations

Customers may contact us to request cancellation before an order has been shipped. Cancellation requests are subject to the order's processing status and applicable consumer rights.
