Shipping Coverage

We currently ship orders within the Philippines only. All orders are shipped through J&T Express.

Shipping Fee

A flat shipping fee of ₱150 per order applies nationwide, regardless of the customer's location within the Philippines.

Order Processing

Orders are prepared and securely packaged before shipment. Processing times may vary depending on order volume, product availability, and holidays.

Delivery Time

Delivery times vary depending on the destination and J&T Express operations. Actual delivery dates may be affected by weather conditions, holidays, courier delays, and other circumstances beyond our control.

Order Tracking

Once an order has been shipped, customers will be provided with tracking information, when available, to monitor their delivery.

Packaging

We take care to package our collectible coins and cards securely to help protect them during transportation.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information. Additional shipping charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses may be charged to the customer where applicable.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

If an order arrives damaged or appears to have been lost during transit, please contact Alamat Collectibles as soon as possible with your order number and relevant photos or tracking information. We will review the issue and assist with the appropriate resolution in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.
