All Alamat Collectibles products are produced in limited quantities. Certain releases are individually numbered, and production quantities may vary depending on the product.

Product availability is subject to remaining inventory. Once a limited-edition product sells out, restocking or reproduction is not guaranteed.

We make reasonable efforts to provide accurate product descriptions, photographs, specifications, and availability information. Minor differences in appearance may occur due to lighting, photography, display settings, and manufacturing processes.

3. Pricing and Payments

All prices displayed on our website are in Philippine Pesos (PHP), unless otherwise indicated.

Shipping charges and any applicable additional fees will be displayed during checkout.

Orders must be paid through the payment methods available on our website. Payment processing may be handled by authorized third-party payment providers.

We reserve the right to correct pricing or listing errors. If an error affects an order already placed, we will contact the customer to discuss the appropriate resolution, including cancellation and refund where applicable.

4. Order Acceptance and Cancellation

Submitting an order does not automatically guarantee product availability or acceptance.

Orders may be subject to payment verification, inventory confirmation, and other reasonable security checks.

We may decline or cancel orders involving suspected fraud, payment issues, or unavailable inventory, subject to applicable laws. Customers will be informed of cancellations, and payments already collected will be refunded where appropriate.

Customers may request order cancellation before shipment. Requests will be reviewed according to the order's processing status and applicable consumer rights.

5. Shipping and Delivery

We currently ship within the Philippines through J&T Express.

A flat shipping fee of ₱150 per order applies nationwide, unless otherwise stated during checkout.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery information.

Shipping and delivery estimates may vary due to courier operations, weather conditions, holidays, and other circumstances.

6. Returns, Refunds, and Replacements

Due to the limited-edition nature of our products, we generally do not accept returns or refunds based solely on a change of mind after shipment.

Customers may request appropriate remedies for damaged, defective, incorrect, or otherwise nonconforming products in accordance with applicable Philippine consumer protection laws.

8. Limited Editions and Collectibility

All Alamat Collectibles products are limited-edition releases. Certain products may feature individual serial numbers, special finishes, certificates, protective holders, or collectible packaging.

We do not guarantee future resale value, market appreciation, investment returns, or third-party grading results.

Collectible values may fluctuate based on demand, condition, rarity, and other market factors.

9. Intellectual Property

All original artwork, illustrations, collectible card designs, coin designs, logos, branding, written descriptions, and other original content belonging to Alamat Collectibles are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

No content may be reproduced, distributed, commercially exploited, or used to manufacture unauthorized merchandise without prior written permission from the relevant rights holder, except where permitted by law.

Historical figures, events, and other public-domain subject matter are not claimed as exclusive property of Alamat Collectibles.

Customers agree to use our website lawfully and responsibly.
