Gregorio del Pilar, remembered as the Boy General, became one of the youngest generals of the revolutionary army and is celebrated for his heroic last stand at the Battle of Tirad Pass in 1899.

Emilio Jacinto, known as the Brains of the Katipunan, helped shape the revolutionary movement's ideals through his writings, particularly the Kartilya ng Katipunan.

Gregoria de Jesus, the Lakambini ng Katipunan, played a vital role in safeguarding the organization's secret documents and supporting its struggle for independence.

Presented in a silver-plated finish, this commemorative medal pays tribute to their courage, patriotism, and enduring legacy, celebrating a generation of young Filipinos whose contributions helped shape the nation's history.
